The reasons for product failure can be summarized into four aspects: materials, installation and use, processing and design.

For example, improper control of the heat treatment process leads to overheating, lack of tempering, and decarburization. Phenomenon such as overheating or overburning. Poor cold working process will result in too low brightness, deep knife marks, grinding cracks, etc., which can lead to parts failure.
4. The first reason for the design is that the unreasonable structure and shape of the design lead to parts failure. For example, there are obvious stress concentration sources in the high stress area of the parts. The second is the miscalculation of the working conditions of the parts, such as the lack of estimation of the possible overload during work, which makes the bearing capacity of the designed parts insufficient.
