This paper proposes a new CCD visual inspection process for dynamic benchmark detection and error compensation, aiming at the problem of the reduction of machining accuracy caused by the accumulation of errors between processes in the CNC precision machining process. Through the analysis of the corresponding relationship between the dynamic datum and the visual feature, the visual feature extraction algorithm of the dynamic datum is proposed to obtain its position and error; through the analysis of the embedded control requirements, the embedded processing system adopts the DSP+FPGA architecture, and the CNC program The code realizes the integrated control of the CCD detection process; the experiment verifies the high precision and efficiency of the detection process, and proposes a compensation scheme for the dynamic benchmark error, which provides a new way for the online detection of the CNC precision machining dynamic benchmark.
