Super Underground Radar Remote Detection Technology to Fill the Gap of Exploration of Ultra-deep Reservoirs at Home and Abroad.

Recently, the super underground radar remote detection technology introduced by the Northwest Oilfield Oil Engineering Institute was successfully tested in the Northwest Oilfield, and the test was mainly aimed at the bare eye section of the 6568 m to 6700 m seam hole in the Otao system, with the aim of detecting the development of the deep hole in the far wellbore. Northwest oil field is a rare ultra-deep ultra-high temperature ultra-high pressure seam hole carbonate rock reservoir, there is no effective means to store such reservoir collective fine description. The key components of this technology introduced by the hospital use underground radar imaging technology, using high-frequency electromagnetic wave reflection, can finely describe the number of underground caves, size, distance, crack length, seam hole combination structure and other characteristics. The success of this experiment marks a major breakthrough in the field of ultra-deep reservoir logging in China, and fills the gap in the geophysical exploration method of ultra-deep seam hole reservoir at home and abroad.
