Many different terminal devices or "hooks" are used to ensure the pull source of the stretch spring. Stretch springs work in opposite way to compression springs. The compression spring acts in reverse when pressed, and the stretch spring acts in reverse when stretched or pulled apart. When the ends of the stretch springs are pulled apart, the springs try to pull them back together. Like a compression spring, the stretch spring is also absorbed and stored energy. But unlike compression springs, most stretch springs are usually under a certain degree of tension, even without any load. This initial tension determines how tight the stretch spring coils are, without any load.
Metal springs are commonly used materials such as steel wire (SWC), string wire (SWPB, SWPA), high carbon spring wire (SWA, SWB), stainless steel wire (SUS303, SUS304, SUS301), swedable stainless steel wire (SUS304 (NI-COATED), nickel plated wire (WIC-F), etc. The spring forms are divided into A-type and B-type. If the work pattern of the spring is made in accordance with GB4459, the diameter of the spring material is between 0.16 and 0.45mm.
