When looking for parts processing manufacturers, they can directly send 3D drawings to them to get a quote. No quotation is possible without processing drawings. If there are no 3D drawings, 2D drawings will do. If the price meets expectations, the manufacturer can write a program according to the customer's drawings, and then it can be processed.




In stainless steel processing, in order to reduce the friction between the tool and the model, parts processing manufacturers generally use cutting fluid. If you use water-based cutting fluid, the advantage is that it can reduce the clamping time, improve the processing efficiency of precision mechanical parts, and it is easy to clean. If you use oil-based cutting fluid, the advantage is that it has good heat dissipation. It is generally used on precision parts with high precision. The disadvantage is that it increases the clamping time and is difficult to clean.




In stainless steel processing, a very important process is surface treatment. In parts processing factories, the surface treatment processes generally include grinding, wire drawing, sandblasting, oxidation, etc., which need to be selected according to the customer's precision parts requirements. After we get the customer's 3D drawings, we generally determine the processing flow, and then we will let the customer confirm what method to choose for surface treatment. If the surface treatment is not in place, as a supplier, it must be reworked until it meets the requirements.
