Split the complex part
It is cheaper to process multiple simple parts than to process one complex part. Especially for parts with deep cavities, this requires several hours of processing time to remove material, as well as additional material costs. Most shops charge extra for more complex parts. This is because if an error occurs, it is more costly to redo composite parts than to redo simple parts.
Therefore, we recommend splitting the complex part into some simple parts and putting them together when possible.
