1. Tile corrosion: spectral analysis found abnormal concentration of non-ferrous elements;
2. Shaft neck surface corrosion: spectral analysis found abnormal concentration of iron, iron spectrum has many iron components of submicron particles, lubricant moisture exceeds the standard or acid value exceeds the standard.
3. Shaft neck surface strain: iron cutting grinding particles or black oxide particles in the iron spectrum, metal surface in tempering color.
4. Watt back micro-wear: spectral analysis found abnormal iron concentration, iron spectrum has many iron componentsuban wear particles, oil moisture and acid value abnormal.
5. Bearing surface strain: iron spectrum found to have cutting grain, grinding particles components for non-ferrous metals.
6. Tile peeling: The iron spectrum found many large-size fatigue peeling alloy wear particles, layer-shaped grinding particles.
7. Bearing burning tile: Iron spectrum has more large size alloy granules and ferrous metal oxides.
8. Bearing wear: due to the metal characteristics of the shaft (high hardness, poor de-concessionability) and other reasons, easy to cause sticky wear, abrasive wear, fatigue wear, micro-wear and other conditions.
