3. Analysis of Shenzhen CNC processing factory to find the center of the workpiece
The clamped workpiece can be touched by the edge finder to set the reference zero position. The edge finder can be photoelectric or mechanical. There are two kinds of methods: mid-touch and unilateral touch. The steps of mid-touch are as follows:
Photoelectric stationary, mechanical speed 450~600rpm. Move the X-axis of the worktable manually in the middle of the touch, so that the touch head touches the side of the workpiece. When the touch head just touches the workpiece and the red light is on, the relative coordinate value of this point is set to zero; then manually move the work The X axis of the stage makes the counter head touch the other side of the workpiece. When the counter head just touches the workpiece, the relative coordinates at this time are recorded.
According to its relative value minus the diameter of the counter head (that is, the length of the workpiece), check whether the length of the workpiece meets the requirements of the drawing.
Divide this relative coordinate number by 2 and the resulting value is the intermediate value of the X axis of the workpiece. Move the worktable to the intermediate value of the X axis. Set the relative coordinate value of the X axis at this point to zero. This is the workpiece The zero position on the X axis.
Carefully record the machine coordinate value of the zero position on the X axis of the workpiece in one of G54~G59, and let the machine tool determine the zero position on the X axis of the workpiece. Once again, carefully check the correctness of the data. The procedure for setting the zero position of the Y axis of the workpiece is the same as the operation of the X axis.
4. Analysis of Shenzhen CNC processing manufacturers prepare all tools according to programming operation instructions
According to the tool data of the programming operation guide, replace the tool to be processed, and let the tool touch the height measuring instrument placed on the reference plane. When the measuring instrument is lit red, set the relative coordinate value of this point to zero. Move the tool to a safe place, manually move the tool downward by 50mm, and set the relative coordinate value at this point to zero, which is the zero position of the Z axis.
Record the mechanical coordinate Z value of this point in one of G54~G59. This completes the zero setting of the workpiece X, Y, and Z axes. Once again, carefully check the correctness of the data.
The one-sided touch is also the side of the workpiece X, Y axis according to the above method, offset the relative coordinate value of the X, Y axis at this point. The radius of the touch head is the zero position of the X, Y axis, and finally put a point The mechanical seats of X and Y axes are marked in one of G54~G59. Once again, carefully check the correctness of the data.
Check the correctness of the zero point, move the X and Y axes to the side of the workpiece, and check the correctness of the zero point according to the size of the workpiece.
Copy the program file to the computer according to the file path of the programming operation guide.
