1. Effective protective measures should be taken for equipment that is prone to injury accidents in the CNC processing area.


2. Protective measures should ensure that under the working conditions of the equipment, prevent any part of the operator's body from entering the hazardous area, or ensure that the equipment cannot be operated (running) or emergency braking when it enters the hazardous area.


3. The cnc processing equipment should take the following protective measures individually or at the same time:


(1) Completely fixed and semi-fixed airtight cover;


(2) Mechanical or electronic barriers;


(3) Mechanical or electrical interlock;


(4) Automatic or semi-automatic loading and unloading device;


(5) Hand limiter, hand release device;


(6) Mechanical or electronic release device;


(7) Automatic or manual emergency stop device;


(8) Limiting devices that cause dangerous travel, feeding or feeding;


(9) Prevent equipment misoperation or misoperation;


(10) Warning or alarm device;


(11) Other protective measures.
