Key points: Manipulation quality is an important indicator for evaluating and designing rigid aerial refueling telescopic tubes, but there is no systematic method and conclusion to evaluate the control crystal quality of telescopic tubes. In order to solve the problem that there are fewer types of telescopic tubes in use, that is, insufficient samples for quality research, after analyzing the characteristics of the telescopic tube itself, it is introduced that the control of different closed-loop response characteristics can be obtained by changing the reference model parameters system. Combining with the mission characteristics of the telescopic tube, the control quality test completed on the aerial refueling simulator was designed, and the control quality evaluation was carried out on the evaluation samples with different closed-loop response characteristics by subjective and objective evaluation methods, thus establishing the basis The task of evaluating the quality of the contracted tube operation. Finally, the low-order equivalent parameters of the telescopic tube are obtained by using the low-order equivalent fitting method, and the pitch axis and yaw axis of the telescopic tube are obtained by statistical analysis of the low-order equivalent parameters of multiple samples and the task evaluation results. Manipulate the quality level boundary to complete the research on the manipulation quality requirements of the telescopic tube. The established evaluation method and control quality requirements can be used as a guide for the design and evaluation of the inverted tube.
