Reinforced aluminum alloy case brazing process

Because aluminum alloy has low density, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and has a certain specific strength, electronic equipment chassis basically adopts aluminum alloy structure. In recent years, aluminum alloy brazing chassis has been widely used. The processing technology is nitrogen shielded brazing. This article will introduce in detail the process of brazing the server with reinforced aluminum alloy chassis from the selection of materials and the determination of the brazing process.
