1 Process analysis

The material of this part is aluminum alloy, which is a decorative lampshade, so it has very high gloss requirements, because it also has a reflective effect and the wall thickness is very thin. If an ordinary hob is used, it is easy to break during the rolling process. After several test runs, the processing program was finally developed and a hob was specially made. Because the mold core has reflective lines, the parts are prohibited from sliding during the rolling process, because this will cause the old road to stagger and cause the parts It is scrapped, so it needs to be clamped and fastened. If it is fixed with screws, the parts will still slip under the processing stress, and it is difficult to remove the workpiece after processing, or even damage the parts. Therefore, the author uses the clamping method of figure a first Put the material of the parts into the positioning column of the mold core and then pad a piece of nylon glue, and then use the top to tighten, so that not only can the workpiece be installed and clamped, but also easy to disassemble and assemble


The knife and the shank should be connected by bearings and then locked with a nut. During the machining process, the knife should also be rotated while rolling. To avoid interference between the left end of the knife and the aluminum alloy sheet during processing, the tool system should be At an inclination angle, in order to avoid interference between the back tool point and the front tool point during the rolling process, the height of the back tool point should be reduced to an angle of 10 degrees, which can also increase its strength. When making the arbor, you should consider that the arbor and the knife should not exceed the specific processing point of the knife before installation, to prevent the toad mother from scratching the top of the arbor.
