Process test of UV paint curing isopropanol after hardware anodizing

1.1 Before the test, check whether the paint and coating of the sample test position are intact


2.2 Put the sample in the isopropanol solution and soak for 60 minutes


3.3 Take out the sample after the test, rinse with deionized water, and wipe the surface with a paper towel to check whether the coating is sticky or peeling off. If the coating has the above defects, it will be regarded as a bad sample and the test will fail.


2.1 pH test

2.2 Put the sample into 0.5mol/L NaOH solution and soak for 60min


2.3 After the test sample is taken out and cleaned, wipe it clean with a dust-free cloth, and check whether the sample is peeling off or paint off (both the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum tube need to be checked)


2.4 Put the sample into ORP solution and soak for 60 minutes


2.5 After the test sample is taken out and cleaned, wipe it with a dust-free cloth, and check whether the sample has peeling off or paint off (both the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum tube need to be checked)


2.6 Soak the sample in deionized water for 4h (deionized water starts to cool to room temperature from 80℃)


2.2 After the test sample is taken out and cleaned, wipe it clean with a dust-free cloth, and check whether the sample is peeling off or paint off (both the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum tube need to be checked)


Remarks: When inspecting the appearance, if the sample has peeling off or the paint is peeled off, it will be regarded as bad, and the test will fail.
