The use of cnc processing equipment for processing has high efficiency and good quality, but if the process design is improperly arranged, its advantages cannot be well reflected. From the experience of some cnc processing plants, there are some problems as follows:
1. The cnc processing process is too scattered
The reason for this problem lies in the fear of complexity (referring to the preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and processing, easy adjustment of tool setting with one tool, and accustomed to ordinary processing. As a result, product quality (position tolerance) is not easy to guarantee, and production efficiency cannot be brought into full play. Therefore, CNC machining process personnel and operators should be fully familiar with CNC machining knowledge, try more to master the relevant knowledge, and use the process-intensive method for machining as much as possible. If you use it several times, it will naturally reflect its advantages. After the use of process concentration, the unit processing time increases. We arrange the two equipment face to face, and realize that one person can operate the two equipment. The efficiency is greatly improved and the quality is also well guaranteed.
2. The cnc processing sequence is unreasonable
Some cnc processing operators consider some problems in preparation, and often arrange the processing sequence extremely unreasonably. Numerical control machining is usually processed according to the requirements of general mechanical processing technology, such as first coarse and then fine (tool change), first inside and then outside, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc., so that quality and efficiency can be improved.
Use G00 (G26, G27, G29) fast positioning instructions with caution. G00 instruction brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if the setting and use are improper, it will often result in undesirable consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero due to excessive speed setting, decreased accuracy, and damage to the equipment guide rail surface. If the return route is not paid attention to, it is easy to cause safety accidents that collide with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 command, you should consider it thoroughly and not arbitrarily.
In the numerical control processing, especially should pay attention to strengthening the retrieval and trial operation of the program. After the program is entered into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → movement keys to perform uncertain and definite searches, and modify the program if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the program is officially executed, the program must be tested (turn on the power amplifier) to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route.

There may be other problems encountered in actual work, but as long as the CNC processing engineering technicians and operators pool their ideas and earnestly master the knowledge and skills related to CNC, CNC equipment can give the enterprise the best benefits.
