The new requirement for automatic tooling is that the tooling must be matched. The tooling of a certain setting must be put together so that the next setting can be completely repeated. If the tooling is confused, the settings cannot be guaranteed to be the same. On the rotary pull-type pipe bender, the automatic positioning tooling includes the clamping die, the mandrel, and the positioning of the elbow head for the elbow radius.
