In order to ensure the quality of precision parts products, the following four principles should be followed in precision parts processing:
1. Benchmark first: That is, the reference surface is processed first. During the machining process of the parts, the appearance as the positioning reference should be processed first, so as to provide a precise reference for the subsequent processing as soon as possible.
2. Dividing the processing stages: For appearances that require high mechanical processing quality, they are all divided into processing stages, which can generally be divided into three stages: rough machining, semi-finishing and finishing. Mainly to ensure the processing quality; to facilitate the scientific application of equipment; to facilitate the arrangement of the heat treatment process; and to facilitate the discovery of blank defects.
3. Face before hole: For parts such as box body, bracket and connecting rod, the plane should be processed first and then the hole should be processed. In this way, the hole can be positioned on the plane to ensure the accuracy of the plane and the hole position, and it is convenient for the processing of the hole on the plane.
4. Finishing processing: the main surface finishing processing, such as grinding, honing, fine grinding, rolling processing, etc., should be placed at the end of the process route. The general principles of drawing up the processing route of precision parts and the formulation of the processing rules of precision parts can be roughly divided into two links. The first is to draw up the process route of the parts processing, and then determine the process size of each process, the equipment and process equipment used, the cutting specifications, and the working hours quota.
