Precautions for the Use of Seals:

2.       can not put the wrong direction and damage the lips, if the lips have a large scar, may lead to obvious oil leakage.

3.       can not be forced to install, to pay attention to fitness, can not be hammered in, but to use special tools to first press the seal ring into the seat hole, and then with a simple cylinder to protect the lip edge through the flower key part. Apply some lubricant to the lips before installation.

4.       to prevent overuse, sealing ring aging period is too, it should be timely replacement of new seals, and ensure the same size.

5.       avoid the use of old seals, the use of new seals, but also carefully check its surface quality, to determine that there are no small holes, bumps, cracks and grooves and other defects, and have sufficient elasticity before use.

6.       when replacing the seal ring, to strictly check the seal ring groove, remove dirt, grinding the bottom of the groove.

      7.     in order to prevent damage leading to oil leakage, must be operated according to the procedures, at the same time can not be overloaded for a long time or put the machine in a relatively harsh environment to operate.
