1. Micro bearings do not compensate for neutrality:
Do not appear neutral in the processing shaft neck mating surface or housing mating surface, especially the mating surface of the processing is not done in a single load card. There is also an error when using a housing (e.g. a convex housing or a vertical housing). The shaft is also misaligned due to the bending and deformation of the shaft due to the operating load, which causes the inner and outer rings of the bearing to tilt.
Mindbearing bearings can compensate for neutralising and tilting, e.g. centerball bearings, pen roller bearings, centrifugal and thrust-adjusted roller bearings. These bearings all have a concave sphere outer ring raceway in which the scroll and inner ring can rotate. The ability of these bearings to compensate for the center deflection angle of the shaft depends on their own type, size and load conditions.
2. Micro-bearing stiffness
The stiffness of an imported bearing is usually the force required to cause a certain elastic deformation of the bearing. Bearings on machine spindles and pinion shafts require high stiffness. Due to the different contact conditions between the rolling and the raceway, the stiffness of the roller bearings is higher than that of the ball bearings.
3. The length compensation of the micro-importbearing bearings themselves
Supporting a shaft and bearing is usually a combination of fixed and moving bearings. The length error and thermal expansion of the amply bearing compensation shaft.
Nu-type and N-type cylindrical roller bearings are ideal for moving bearings that compensate for their length. The inner and outer rings of the bearing can be tightly fit.
4. Axial load of micro bearings
Bearings that mainly bear axial loads are generally thrust bearings, and their nominal contact corner is 450. Thrust bearings and thrust angle contact ball bearings can withstand axial forces in one or both directions at the same time depending on the structure. When the bearing force is particularly high, it is preferable to use thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust center roller bearings.
Thrust-centered roller bearings and one-way thrust angle contact ball bearings can withstand both axial and radial loads, while other thrust bearings can only withstand axial loads.
