The mounting of full roller bearings is usually carried out with an auxiliary sleeve. At this time, the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve hold the roller needle does not make the rolling pin fall out, the shaft neck with its own chamfer will roll the needle set off, with the roller bearing in the shaft neck slowly moving inward, auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve will slowly exit, until installed to the working position.
The outer diameter of the auxiliary roller and auxiliary sleeve should be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter. When installing, first apply the outer inner surface of the bearing to grease, attach the roller needle close to the inner surface (there should be a gap when the last roller pin is placed), then push the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve in place of the shaft neck or bearing inner ring into the outer ring hole, and make the end face of the quasi-mounting shaft end face or the bearing inner ring end face installed on the shaft, and then use the pressure machine or hand hammer to apply pressure.
The rod bearing can also be installed in this way, that is, the auxiliary sleeve outside diameter coated with a thin layer of lubricant, into the bearing outer ring, so that the auxiliary sleeve and bearing outer ring constitute a ring hole, and then in the ring hole into the rolling needle. After the roll pin is installed, the auxiliary sleeve can be rolled out with the working shaft.
For roller bearings with no inner ring or no outer ring, the rolling surface of the shaft or housing hole may be applied to a thin layer of grease first during installation, and the roll pin is attached to the grease at the mounting site in turn. There should be a gap when placing the last rod needle, the size of the gap in the rolling needle bearing on the circumference of 0.5mm is appropriate. Can not put the last needle hard squeeze into, or less load a rolling needle, because when hard squeeze, the bearing will be stuck can not rotate; For the roll needle bearings with only the punching outer ring, because the outer ring wall is very thin, do not hit the installation with a hammer, pressure should be used to press in. Because the pressure is uneven when the hammer is struck, it is easy to cause local deformation of the outer ring of the roller bearing.
