Therefore, it is necessary to clean gasoline and kerosene cleaning, and then coated with clean, high-quality or high-temperature lubricants to use. However, some fully enclosed bearings and bearings coated with grease that are lubricated with rust and are not required to be cleaned. The effect of cleanliness on bearing life and vibration noise is very large.

3. Select the correct grease. Grease is made of base oil, thickener and additive, different types and the same type of different grades of grease performance varies greatly, allowing the rotation limit is different, and the performance of grease is also determined by the base oil, thickener is also related to lubrication performance, thickener water resistance determines the water resistance of grease. Generally low viscosity base oil is suitable for low temperature, high speed, high viscosity is suitable for high temperature, high load. Different brands of grease can not be mixed, and even the same kind of thickener grease, due to different additives can have a bad effect on each other.
