Plane Bearing Bain Components

The flat roller and cage assemblies are the main components of flat roll bearings. The rolling pins are maintained and guided by a radiant arrangement of bags. The cage profile has a specific shape and is molded with hardened steel strips. Small cages are made of industrial plastics.

The high-precision diameter grouping tolerance of the rod is 0.002mm, ensuring uniform load distribution. The flat roller and cage assemblies are guided by shafts. In this way, a relatively low circular speed can be obtained even at high speeds on the guide surface.

If the surface of the adjacent parts is designed as a raceway surface to save washers, special space-saving support can be obtained. If this scheme cannot be implemented, the use of thin-walled steel AS series washers can also make the design compact under sufficient support conditions.

This bearing consists of a flat cylindrical roller and cage assembly, a housing positioning ring GS and a shaft positioning WS. The 893, 874 and 894 series flat cylindrical roller bearings can be used for higher loads.

The cageofs of flat cylindrical roller bearings can be stamped by high-quality steel plates or made from industrial plastics, light metals and brass, depending on the environment in which the user makes it.
