CNC Milling and turning: Our advanced CNC milling and turning helps us manufacture parts accurately. Many of the precision parts and components we manufacture are used in demanding applications. Our spindle and power tool capabilities allow us to create complex parts in a single setup. We use lean principles throughout the CNC process. This helps us reduce our total operating costs. We can offer many secondary finishing operations, which enables us to effortlessly ensure production from start to finish. Our CNC lathes and multi-task lathes are suitable for 1/32 "to 12" diameters. We can offer CNC milling of up to 4 axes and our maximum machining range is 32 X 64 X 30 heights. Our CNC milling machine can be used for vertical and horizontal machining. This enables us to provide additional services such as copying milling, deep hole drilling and complex milling.

Wire Cutting and Keyhole Drilling EDM Services: With 28 years of EDM experience, we are eclectic, allowing you to complete projects on time, on budget, with attention to detail and quality. Our EDM machines can maintain a tolerance of +/-.0002 all day long. Our processing range is X 19.6 X Y 13.7 X Z 11.8. We can perform EDM on any conductive material.

Contract Processing and Manufacturing: We provide contract manufacturing services for a variety of industries. From prototyping to mass production to Manufacturing design (DFM), we provide accurate and quality CNC machining services for OEM parts. Whether customers are looking for basic component assembly or turnkey production of complex shaped devices, we can help them through our wide range of services.
