CNC milling machine is used to create equipment such as ladles, check fixtures, molds, thin-walled simple curved surfaces, wild prostheses, blades, etc. It is necessary to make full use of the disadvantages and key functions of CNC milling machines when choosing CNC milling. During NC programming, the programmer must be sure of the cutting amount for each chronological sequence. The cutting amount includes the main optical axis speed, the amount of back knife and the feed progress. Regarding the lack of the same method, we need to choose the same amount of cutting. The above can easily lead to the parameter selection plan of the milling process: the speed of the main optical axis should be selected according to the agreed cutting progress and the diameter of the workpiece or machine tool. The intended rotation speed of the main optical axis should initially select the cutting tool part or the nearer rotating speed according to the cutting tool specification. The feed progress is the main parameter in the cutting amount of CNC cutting tools, and it is mainly selected based on the precision of the whole machine and the nominal roughness request and the nature of the data of the machine tool and the workpiece. The feed progress is restricted by the tool's stiffness and feed fragmentation. The feed amount should be appropriately raised near the corner of the contour to restrain the "overtravel" or "undertravel" scene at the corner of the contour due to elasticity or fragmentary deformation of the process.
Criteria for affirming the feed progress: (1) When the quality request of the piece can lose its guarantee, for the progress frequency, a higher feed progress can be selected. (2) When cutting, deep holes or using high-speed steel machine tools, the lower feed progress should be selected. (3) When the precision and nominal roughness are requested, the feed progress should be selected smaller. (4) When the machine tool is empty, especially when the distance is "return to zero", the given feed progress of each machine tool can be selected. The amount of back knife is determined according to the rigidity of the cutter, the workpiece and the machine tool. In order to ensure the nominal quality, a precision allowance can be left. In the environment that has just been promised, we should try our best to make the amount of back knives equal to the margin of the work, so that we can reduce the frequency of advancement of the number of knife passes.
