1. The test items of the comprehensive test system for brushless DC motors at the factory include: electrical strength, insulation resistance, motor speed control start test; rated power (voltage, current, power), undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, speed test, steering judgment, Vibration test, FG feedback signal test.
2. Test method: Automatic test: press the "left station" button or "right station" button on the operation panel or click the "automatic test" on the software to perform automatic test, and the system will test each item in turn. Until the project is measured, then stop. Manual test: Click the single item test button on the software, the system will test a single item, and stop after the test is completed.
3. Test content:
(1) Electric strength (withstand voltage) test the withstand voltage between the input terminals L, N (including the motor driver) and GND (housing) of the motor;
(2) Insulation resistance test the insulation resistance between the input terminals L, N (including the motor driver) and GND (housing) of the motor;
(3) Motor full speed test: firstly connect the working voltage (AC220V) to the tested motor driver; analog control voltage output 0V, after 0~5s, adjust the analog voltage several times, set the time to adjust the start control signal voltage (such as DC10V); Collect the voltage, current, power, and speed of the motor while performing vibration tests. FG feedback signal
(4) Motor steering test: first connect the working voltage (AC220V) to the motor driver under test, and then the cylinder moves; the analog control voltage output is 0V and after 0~5s, the upper computer sets the start control line number voltage (such as DC1V), The motor starts to rotate (test steering) and disconnect the power supply (AC220V).
(5) Overvoltage test: first connect the tested motor driver with a pass voltage test voltage (AC250V); wait for 0~5s (control voltage 0V), then the host computer sets the start control line voltage (such as DC3V), and collects the voltage and current Power, judge whether the control signal is protected or not, stop the control signal first when stopping, and disconnect the power supply.
(6) Undervoltage test: first connect the undervoltage test voltage (AC180V) to the motor driver under test; wait for 0~5s (control voltage 0V) and then set the start control line number voltage (such as DC3V) by the host computer, and collect the voltage Current power, judge whether the control signal is protected or not. When stopping, stop the control signal first and disconnect the power supply.
(7) FG feedback signal detection is performed at full speed of the motor; the control signal should be stopped before the power supply is turned off after the test is completed.
