The main operation mode of embedded knurled copper nut is injection molding, which is embedded into plastic parts after heating or directly injected by mold. If injection molding is adopted, the melting point of PA/NYLOY/PET is above 200°C, and the temperature of the embedded nut is rapidly increased after hot melting into plastic parts. After injection molding, the plastic body cools rapidly and crystallizes hard. If the temperature of the insert nut is still too high, it may fall to the point where the copper nut comes into contact with the plastic and begin to loosen or crack. Therefore, copper nuts rather than carbon steel nuts are used in injection molding of embedded nuts.
