Our following processing capabilities help us stand out in the highly competitive medical industry.

• Electric discharge machining (EDM) : This process helps achieve high accuracy, typical tolerances are +/- 0.0001 ". Depending on the height of the workpiece, we can offer tapered cuts of up to 25 degrees. Many of our healthcare industry customers come to us for wire-cut EDM services. In this method, the material to be cut is immersed in a dielectric cutting fluid, usually deionized water. Thin single-strand electrodes are continuously passed through the workpiece while an electric current is passed through the line, producing sparks with strong heat (8000-12,000 °C). Electric sparks cut materials by melting and vaporizing to remove metal components. The CNC controlled upper and lower guides can be programmed independently of each other, allowing two separate profiles to be cut on the same workpiece. At the same time, the dielectric cutting liquid cools the material and washes away the particles that have been cut from the material.

• CNC turning services: In this process, cutting tools are used to cut materials that are rotating at high speeds. This technique is suitable for materials requiring high rotational symmetry.
