1. Measure the axial play of single-set bearings assembled high and pairs of bearings should rotate each set of bearings to ensure that each set of bearing rolling bodies and the raceway evenly contact, bearing parts are in a normal position. If necessary, the bearing assembly height and axial play should be measured in the load state, and the load should be measured from 0.1 to 0.5KN.
2. The measuring plate should maintain a horizontal position, the measuring meter is fixed to the flat plate, and the measuring head is perpendicular to the flat plate. The height difference of the same group of gaskets is less than 0.01mm, the meter with a smaller force should be used.
3. At the time of measurement, the 120 degrees in the direction of the circumference are measured by three points, taking its arithmetic mean as the actual measurement size.
Why should a single column of conical roller bearings be used in pairs?
Conical roller bearings have axial forces at radial loads, and in order to offset this additional load, the impact of axial separation forces must be sustained by a relative set of bearings.
