CNC precision machining has many contents, including many aspects, especially in the machinery industry, the term is often used. 1. Precautions for CNC processing
(1) When the workpiece is too high, it should be layered with a knife of different lengths for roughing. After using a large knife for roughing, the remaining material should be removed with a small knife.
(2) Use a flat-bottom knife to process the plane, and the ball knife is rarely used in order to reduce the processing time; if there is a slope, and it is an integer, use a slope knife to process.
(3) Reasonably set the tolerances, so that the processing accuracy and the computer calculation time are balanced with each other, do more processes, and reduce the empty knife time.
(4) The roughness of the blank material is high, choose reverse milling; the hardness of the blank material is low, choose down milling. Rough machining reverse milling, finishing machining down milling.
(5) Tool materials with good toughness and low hardness are suitable for rough machining, and tool materials with poor toughness and high hardness are suitable for finishing.

(1) Parts clamping method and fixture selection
The clamping method of the machined parts on the CNC machine tool processing should also select the positioning datum and clamping scheme reasonably. When selecting the precise datum, generally follow the two principles of "uniform datum" and "coincidence datum", in addition to these two Principles, we also have to consider:
a. Try to complete the processing of all the surfaces in one positioning clamp, so choose a positioning method that facilitates the processing of each surface.
b. When the workpiece is clamped at one time, all surfaces of the workpiece can be processed.
c. When determining the placement position of the workpiece on the workbench, consideration should be given to the influence of the processing of each station, the length of the tool and the rigidity of the tool on the processing quality.
d. The jig used in the control processing should select the jig assembled by general components as far as possible and can be adjusted to shorten the production preparation cycle.
(2) Arrangement of processing order
When arranging the processing sequence, the basic principles must be followed, including "face first, then hole", "coarse first, then fine", etc. In addition to these basic principles, we should also follow the following principles:
a. Process according to the concentrated process of the tool, avoid the repeated use of the same tool multiple times, and reduce the number and time of tool change.
b. For the hole system with high coaxiality requirements, after the positioning is completed, the hole system of other coordinate positions should be processed, and then the hole system at other coordinate positions can be processed, which can eliminate the errors generated during repeated positioning and improve The coaxiality of the hole system.
c. Choose to determine the tool point and tool change point, once it is determined, it is not appropriate to replace it.
