According to the thermal expansion coefficient and operating temperature of the material used in the shaft and the housing (shell), the axial expansion of the two temperature-litres is calculated respectively, and the difference between the two expansion amounts is the amount of the bearing inner and outer ring shafts that are caused by the difference between the operating temperature difference between the shaft and the housing and the thermal expansion coefficient of the material. Because of the huge thermal expansion force of the metal material, it is irresistible, if the center-controlled roller bearing mounts axial pretension force and the thermal expansion of the shaft produces the axial force superimposed, will inevitably cause the bearing to withstand a huge axial force and damage, this superposition of axial force even thrust bearings can not bear.

 

In order to avoid damage caused by the enormous axial force of the heart-adjusting roller bearing, when the bearing is installed, the axial clearance required for the thermal expansion of the shaft must be set between the moving end bearing end bearing end cover and the outer ring face of the bearing, and ensure that the outer diameter of the swimming end bearing is matched with the seat hole as a small gap to ensure that the moving end bearing is bounded by the shaft shift (axial creep) when the shaft is thermally expanded. When a center-adjuster bearing at both ends of the shaft is fixed, the shaft end bearing end cover and the bearing outer ring end face should be set aside for axial gap, both ends of the bearing outer diameter and seat hole should be a small gap.

 

After bearing installation, the radial mounting play should be reached not less than the remaining play, the axial mounting gap is not less than the maximum thermal expansion of the shaft, and the rotating part on the shaft should be guaranteed to be non-rotating when the axial displacement does not interfere with the non-rotating part.
