It is impossible to feed the nut by hand, and the nut feeding and screwing mechanism needs to be designed; 2) The locking nut screwing process It is necessary to press the spring ferrule at the same time to ensure that the spring ferrule does not interfere with the lock nut; 3) The installation position of the lock nut cannot be directly observed by the human eye, so ensure that the spring ferrule is just locked when the lock nut is screwed to the specified torque. It is difficult to enter the nut locking groove.

There is currently no relevant technology or tooling for the feeding of nuts and the screwing of threads in the narrow space of the deep shaft cavity of the aero-engine, and the alignment of the locking plate and the locking groove without direct observation by the human eye is currently common. The hole detector equipment is used for observation, but the visible range of the hole detector equipment is narrow, and the probe needs to be moved frequently during the operation, resulting in an unstable observation position, and it is difficult to find the position to be observed. The operation is complicated and the efficiency is low. Therefore, the hole detector The instrument is only suitable for inspection work after installation is completed.
