Manual Press Daily Maintenance, Hurry to Collect

Manual presses are mainly used for the removal of tight fittings such as gears and shaft sleeves and for the correction of deformed parts. When selecting a press, try to use a multi-use device. With the different diameters of the correction work pieces, the presses used are also different. When correcting smaller, longer work parts, manual presses are used. The manual press structure is simple and easy to operate. With a wide range of uses, high production efficiency characteristics, presses can be widely used in cutting, punching, falling, bending, riveting and forming processes.

Manual press equipment is cheap, the device is centralized, small in volume, no power required, manual operation to complete the pressure processing task. In the daily production of more applications, mainly used in press, packaging, imprint and small soft parts of the test press process.

First, the maintenance of the press.

Pre-work maintenance of the press.

(1) Check whether the oil tank, oil level and oil mark meet the prescribed standards, if not, should be timely oil replenishment.

(2) Check whether the button is flexible, whether there is a card barrier.

(3) Check that the motor ground wire is loose, falling off or damaged. If loose should be fastened, shedding or damage should be notified to the service personnel to deal with.

(4) Check that the safety guards are complete and reliable.

(5) Check that each handle is flexible.

(6) Fasten the loose parts of the nuts.

Maintenance in the press class.

(1) Start the hydraulic pump, check whether the hydraulic pump is working well, the sealing parts and lines are blocked and leaking.

(2) Check whether the limit switch is working well and whether the block positioning is normal.

(3) Always pay attention to the temperature rise of the running parts and whether the sound is normal.

After-shift maintenance of the press.

(1) Check and clean the various activity areas.

(2) Each handle (switch) is placed in neutral (zero).

(3) Check, clean, organize the work surface and work area.

Second, the press common failure.

(1) The loading is uneven.

There is residual gas in the system, which can be operated by the relevant content in the third item and the lower oil pipe connector on the back of the cylinder is released.

(2) The oil pump motor does not work.

Replace the fuse.

(3) The display is not displayed.

(1) Replace the fuse.

(2) Remove the rear cover plate to check that the power cord connection is secure.

(4) The display shows an abnormality.

After power is off, open the rear cover to check that the sensor input plug-in is reliable and, if intact, to check that the sensor is OK.
