1. precision plastic bearings:
Precision plastic bearings are improved in precision and tolerance compared to conventional plastic bearings. Precision plastic bearings are used as a whole for precision processing materials for the production of internal and external rings, rolling bodies and cages, etc. , in maintaining some traditional advantages of plastic bearings on the basis of those precision and higher speed operation and other extreme operating conditions. General inner and outer ring materials are made of POM, PPS, or PEEK, and the cage uses fiberglass-reinforced nylon 66 (RPA66-25), or PEEK, rolling body for glass balls, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls.
2. corrosion-resistant plastic bearings:
Corrosion-resistant plastic bearings offer a wide range of material solutions for different applications, even in the harshest acid/base/salt/solvent/oil/gas/seawater erosion, for ideal durability and expected life.
3. anti-acid-alkali plastic bearings:
Acid-base plastic bearings, HDPE, PE, UHMWPE and other materials have been proven to be used in relatively weak acid-base cross-environment (30% CuCl2 solution and 30% NaOH solution test OK), strong acid and alkali environment can use PVDF and PTFE materials, these materials PTFE can be used in all concentrated acid and alkali applications, even including HF and fudilate acid (98% or more) and other strong acid environment.
4. high temperature-resistant plastic bearings:
High temperature plastic bearings, PVDF, PTFE (Teflon), PPS (polyphenyl ether), PEEK (polyetreketone), PI (polyetrelamine) and other materials have proven to be some of the ideal materials for the production of high temperature plastic bearings, these materials PI can be long-term in the temperature of 290 degrees C, short-term temperature resistance up to 350 degrees C high, is currently known to be the best high temperature performance of all engineering plastics.
5. plastic housing and plastic outer spherical bearings:
Plastic seat bearings have properties that other plastic bearings do not have, such as light weight, easy installation, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free, etc., as well as the commonly used cast iron or stamping seats do not have the unique performance of vibration-absorbing shock resistance. With the continuous development of various new plastic materials, this bearing is increasingly being used in various types of engineering.
