Industrial aluminum profile customization process

The customization of industrial aluminum profiles includes two aspects: 1. Optimize the original industrial aluminum profiles, generally industrial assembly line aluminum profiles. 2. Customized industrial profiles.

The optimization of the original industrial aluminum profile can reduce the rice weight of the profile while ensuring strength, thereby reducing costs. In addition, closing some grooves that are not needed can play a beautiful role and prevent dust accumulation. Some right-angle aluminum profiles are more beautiful and safer when they are rounded.

Industrial profiles are customized without molds, and need to be customized according to the drawings provided by customers. Customized aluminum profiles generally need to be used with other parts on the equipment.

If only the original aluminum profile is optimized, there is no need to provide drawings. Our technical staff will optimize according to the original drawings. If it is customized profile, you need to provide drawings or samples. Our technical staff will review and then optimize the unreasonable design.

Industrial aluminum profile customization process:

1. The customer signs and confirms the optimized drawings. If there is any dissatisfaction, the technicians can continue to optimize until they are satisfied.

2. Sign the mold-opening contract. The mold-opening contract is issued by the technical department and signed and sealed by both parties.

3. Mold opening, mold opening time is generally 7-10 working days.

4. Sample, after the mold is opened, you need to get the sample of the extruder, and the sample is confirmed to the customer.

5. For mass production, after the customer confirms the qualification, sign the product order contract for mass production.

Some customers directly mass-produce without looking at the samples, because we have strict inspection procedures, which are all produced in strict accordance with the tolerance range of the drawings.
