Due to the large batch, they are installed and removed during the machining process, and the tool change assistance is longer than the cutting. Production efficiency is low. To make a simple small taper mandrel, the principle is to use the slight taper of 0.02mm at the rear of the mandrel, and tighten the parts on the mandrel with the friction force behind the bearing set, and then use a single-blade multi-blade turning tool to turn the outer circle. It is fast and good to use the wrench to eject the parts after the 15° taper angle is reversed.
