   3. Numerical calculation of manual programming


  In manual programming, errors in the calculation process are very common. Although it is basically automatic programming now, if you encounter manual programming, you should pay more attention.


   4. The knife is accurate.


   Inaccurate tool setting will also cause dimensional errors. Therefore, try to choose a better edge finder. If possible, it is best to equip the machine with a laser tool setting instrument to ensure the accuracy of the tool setting. If there is no edge finder and no conditions, there is only the easiest way to try cutting!
