In 2020, H1 China's Machine Tool Imports Totaled Nearly 38,000 Units

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, China's machine tool imports in June 2020 were 8,970 units, down 6.8% year-on-year. Cumulatively, China's machine tool imports reached 37,721 units in January-June 2020, a cumulative decline of 21.2%.

In terms of imports, China's machine tool imports in June 2020 amounted to US$686,472 (US$686.47 million), an increase of 9.8% year-on-year. Cumulatively, China's machine tool imports reached US$322,5214 million (US$3,225.21 million) in January-June 2020, a cumulative decrease of 23%, while the average price of China's machine tool imports from January to June 2020 was US$85.50 per unit.
