How to test tool clamping force?

In addition to choosing a good aluminum cavity cnc machining tool, the company also needs to adjust the tool clamping force. What is it?
The direction of the clamping force of the machining tool is the same as the direction of the clamping force. It is related to the basic configuration of the positioning of the workpiece and the direction of the external force on the workpiece. The following guidelines must be observed when selecting CNC tools:
1. The direction of the clamping force should be conducive to stable positioning, and the main clamping force should be toward the main positioning base surface.
2. The direction of the clamping force should be conducive to reducing the clamping force to reduce the deformation of the workpiece and reduce the labor intensity.
3. The direction of the clamping force should be the direction where the rigidity of the workpiece is better. Since the rigidity of the workpiece in different directions is not equal, different force-bearing surfaces also deform differently due to the size of their contact area. Especially when clamping thin-walled parts, you need to pay more attention to make the direction of the clamping force point to the direction of the best rigidity of the workpiece.
