As one of the more common equipment in the processing industry-CNC milling machine processing, if you are a more experienced technician, it is particularly important to master the basic fault analysis skills. So how to analyze the specific reasons for the failure of computer gong processing?
We all know that through the analysis of the fault, the cause of the fault can be quickly found and resolved, and it is also a preventive and enlarged role for the machinery. Generally speaking, the fault analysis of large horizontal CNC milling machine processing has the following aspects:
1. Motion analysis method The motion analysis method is a method of observing and monitoring the actual motion of the machine tool to determine the position of the malfunction and thus to trace the root cause of the fault. Generally speaking, the parts of CNC milling machine tools that adopt hydraulic and pneumatic control, such as automatic tool change device, exchange table device, fixture and transmission device, etc., can be used to determine the cause of the fault through motion diagnosis.
2. State analysis method The state analysis method is a method to determine the cause of the failure by monitoring the working state of the actuator. This method is the most widely used in the maintenance process of CNC milling machine tools.
3. Conventional analysis method Conventional analysis method is a method of routine inspection of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic parts of CNC milling machine tools to determine the cause of the failure.
There is also the power-on problem in the CNC milling machine processing process is very worthy of attention, so how do we judge the power-on problem in the CNC milling machine processing?
There are two lights on the power supply of the unit, one is the power indicator light, which is green; the other is the power alarm light, which is red. The power supply unit mentioned here includes the power input unit and the power control part.
First of all, we need to know if the power indicator (green) is not on when the CNC milling machine processing power cannot be turned on. The fuses F1 and F2 of the power supply unit have been blown. This is caused by high input voltage, or the components of the power supply unit itself have been damaged.
The input voltage of CNC milling machine is low. Please check the voltage entering the power supply unit. The allowable value of the voltage is AC200V+10%, 50HZ±1HZ. The power supply unit is defective, and the internal element is damaged. The power indicator light is on and the alarm light disappears, but the power cannot be turned on. At this time, it is because the conditions for power-on (ON) are not met. By the following switch circuit, the conditions for power on are as follows:
There are three power-on conditions for CNC milling machine processing power: First, the source ON button is closed. The second point is that the power OFF button is closed. The third point is that the external alarm contact is opened.
The alarm light of the power supply unit of the CNC milling machine is on: the fuse of the 24V output voltage is blown. Check whether the +24V is short-circuited to the ground. There is a bad view of the display/manual data entry board.
