1. Daily inspection of CNC machining CNC machine tools

Daily inspection is based on the normal conditions of each system. For example, when performing the process inspection of the spindle lubrication system, the power lamp should be on and the hydraulic pump should be running normally. Mainly check the power supply and air dryer. Under normal circumstances, the power supply voltage is rated at 180V-220V, and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it must be measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be removed once a month, and then cleaned and assembled.
4. Seasonal inspection of CNC machining CNC machine tools
The quarterly inspection should mainly be carried out from three aspects: machine bed, hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system. For example, when checking the machine bed, it mainly depends on whether the machine tool accuracy and machine level meet the requirements in the manual. If you have any questions, you should contact the mechanical engineer immediately. When checking the hydraulic system and the spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, the new oil 6oL and 20L should be replaced and cleaned.
5. Semi-annual inspection of CNC machining CNC machine tools
After half a year, the hydraulic system of the machine tool, the lubrication system of the main shaft and the X axis should be checked. After familiarizing yourself with the knowledge of preventive maintenance, you must also have a deeper understanding of the causes and treatment of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system and the necessary mastery. For example, when the oil pump does not spray oil, the pressure is abnormal, or there is noise, you should know what are the main reasons and what corresponding solutions.
The reasons and treatment of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system should be understood from three aspects:
(1) The main reason why the oil pump does not spray oil may be low liquid level in the oil tank, reverse rotation of the oil pump, low speed, high oil viscosity, low oil temperature, clogged filter, excessive volume of the suction pipe and suction at the oil inlet There are damaged places such as human air, shaft and rotor. There are corresponding solutions to the main reasons, such as filling with oil, confirming the label, and changing it when the oil pump reverses.
(2) The pressure is abnormal, that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reasons are also various, such as improper pressure setting, poor operation of the pressure regulator valve coil, abnormal pressure gauge, and leakage in the hydraulic system. Corresponding solutions include disassembling and cleaning according to the specified pressure setting, changing a normal pressure gauge, and checking each system in turn.
(3) Noise Noise is mainly caused by oil pumps and valves. When the valve is noisy, the reason is that the flow exceeds the rated standard, and the flow should be adjusted appropriately; when the oil pump is noisy, the reason and the corresponding solutions are also multi-faceted, such as high oil viscosity and low oil temperature, and solutions To raise the oil temperature; when there are bubbles in the oil, the air in the system should be released.
