How to Install the Outer Spherical Bearings

1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixed pin of the bearing jacket must be unplugged, smooth and clean on the neck surface of the shaft neck, and oiled at the shaft neck to prevent rust and lubrication (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).

2. Grease the bearing mating surface sit and place the bearing in the housing. The assembled bearings are then attached to the shaft together with the housing. Push to the desired location for installation.

3. Do not tighten the bolts that secure the housing sit ue,so that the bearing jacket can turn in the housing. Also install the bearings and seats at the other end of the same shaft, turn the shaft several times so that the bearing itself automatically finds the correct position. Tighten the housing bolts again.

4. Pack an eccentric set. First, the eccentric sleeve is placed on the eccentric steps of the bearing sleeve and tightened by hand in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Then insert the small iron bar into or against the sink hole on the eccentric sleeve. Tap the small iron bar with a hammer in the direction of the axis's rotation. Secure the eccentric sleeve and finally lock the inner hex screw on the eccentric sleeve.
