How to Install the Carousel Bearings

Before the carousel bearing installation, the installation surface of the main body should be checked, requiring the support should have sufficient strength, the connection surface should be mechanicalprocessing, surface flat no debris and burrs. When installing turntable bearings, the mounting bolts should be positioned in advanced conduct, the mounting bolts should be cross-tightened, and the rotation of the bearings should be checked. There should be sufficient pretension when tightening the bolts, which should be 70% of the bolt material yield limit. The mounting bolts should be fitted with a toned flat washer and the use of spring washers is strictly prohibited.
