In CNC machining, it is not mentioned that the machine tool has only 3 axes, namely x, y, and z axes. CNC 4-axis machining is based on these 3 axes plus a rotary axis, also called A axis. How to implement safety rules for CNC 4-axis machining? The safety rules are:
CNC 4-axis machining
1. Check whether the tool compensation, machine zero point, workpiece zero point, etc. are correct before starting up.
2. Check the operating conditions of the protection, insurance, signal, position, mechanical transmission part, electrical, hydraulic, digital display and other systems on the equipment. Cutting can be performed under all normal conditions.
3. After the machine tool enters the processing operation according to the program, the operator is not allowed to touch the moving workpiece, cutter and transmission part, and it is forbidden to transfer or take tools and other items through the rotating part of the machine tool.
4. Tools or other items are not allowed to be placed on electrical appliances, operation cabinets and protective covers.
5. Stop the machine when adjusting the machine tool, clamping workpieces and tools, and wiping the machine tool.
6. Before work, you should wear protective equipment and tie up your cuffs. It is not allowed to wear scarves, gloves, ties, or aprons. Female workers should wear their hair braids in their hats.
