At present, the more common machining method in CNC machining industry is trial cutting method. Trialcutting method by trialcutting - measuring the size - adjusting the cutting weight of the tool - cutting cutting - try cutting again, so repeatedly until the required size. This method can ensure the error within a reasonable control range, but it is more complicated, the production efficiency is not high, mainly used for small batch production of single piece. The CNC machining center in the mass automatic production can be adjusted in advance by the good machine tool, fixture, workpiece and tool relative position to obtain the required size to ensure the purpose of batch processing precision, in order to ensure the precision of the product in the mass processing of the workpiece must do the following adjustment:

1. Control the thermal deformation of the process

CNC machining center is the processing equipment of high-speed cutting, the processing process will produce a lot of heat, should reduce the heat of the heat source and isolation heat source, increase the heat treatment process to eliminate the internal stress.

2. Reduce the transmission chain error

The transmission system should keep the principle of fewer transmission parts, short transmission chain and high transmission accuracy. The use of decelerating transmission is an important way to ensure the transmission accuracy. The closer the transmission pair is to the end, the smaller the transmission ratio should be. The precision of end parts should be higher than other transmission parts.

3. Reduce tool wear

Processing tools should be in the sharp wear stage must be resharpened, the use of special cutting oil for full lubrication, tool material should meet the requirements of the process.

4. Improve the rotary accuracy of bearings

High precision rolling bearing, multi - oil pressure bearing and static pressure bearing can be selected. At the same time, improve the accuracy of bearing accessories, such as improving the processing accuracy of the box support hole and the spindle journal, so that the spindle rotation accuracy does not reflect on the workpiece.

The size of the machining error reflects the height of the machining accuracy, the larger the error is the lower the machining accuracy, the smaller the error is the higher the machining accuracy, in order to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece to reduce the machining error. The above four steps can be achieved in the mass production of CNC machining center precision control, so as to control the processing error within a reasonable range.
