1. Establish a mathematical model
Before building a model, we should first consider the sequence and method of building each feature of the model. 2. Determine the processing coordinate system
The establishment of the solid model is based on the work coordinate system, and the generation of the source file of the machining tool position of the CNC machining center is based on the machining coordinate system. The position of the coordinate origin of the machining coordinate system should be convenient for the processor to quickly and accurately set the tool, and at the same time to facilitate the size calculation that needs to be carried out during the machining process.
3. Plan the tool location source file
According to the structural characteristics of different product profiles, we can choose three processing modules with their own characteristics, such as plane milling, cavity milling and fixed-axis contour milling, to plan the source files of processing tool positions for various types of surfaces.
