How Are Aluminium Die Casting Parts made?

1. At least two steel molds are required to be able to take out the casting. Therefore, the process can quickly and continuously produce tens of thousands of aluminum castings.

2. The mold is firmly installed on the die-casting machine, one is static (fixed half mold), and the other is movable (syringe half mold). The two mold halves are clamped together by a die casting machine.

3. High-temperature liquid aluminum alloy is injected into the mold cavity and solidified quickly.

4. Open the half mold and eject the aluminum casting.
