The fault forms of the servo system of the CNC machining center include alarms such as abnormal alarm indicator lights on the speed unit of the CNC, blown fuses, and various protection trip switches. The CNC machining center servo system is a system that provides power to the machine tool. Without the servo system, the CNC machining center cannot process the workpiece. Therefore, the servo system is very important in the CNC machining center. When the servo system fails, the entire processing and production must stop. , The following is the solution to common failures of CNC machining center servo system.

The meaning of the warning indicator varies with the design of the speed control unit. Generally, there are the following types:

1. The protection switch starts to alarm. The protection switch is a device to protect the machine tool. For example, high voltage will burn some components and other emergency measures that the machine tool cannot control. When encountering these situations, the protection switch will start to avoid unnecessary The component is damaged, similar to a safe stop.

2. Too low voltage causes the machine tool to alarm. The chance of this happening in the machining center is rare. This situation may be caused by the input voltage being lower than 85% of the rated value or the poor power connection.

3. The feedback route of the detection speed is broken and the alarm is caused. If this happens, it is a false alarm, because the airport has no problems, and there is a problem with the detection feedback system. This kind of alarm is mostly the speed feedback line of the CNC servo motor of the machining center. It may be caused by poor contact of the detection feedback circuit.

4. Overload alarm. The cause of the overload alarm is the abnormal load of the CNC machinery of the machining center, or the upper limit of the motor current on the speed control unit is set too low. The permanent magnet on the permanent magnet motor will fall off, which will also cause an overload alarm. If the CNC machining center without a brake motor cannot be rotated by hand or the shaft is difficult to rotate when it is empty, it means that the permanent magnet has completely fallen off.

5. The fuse on the CNC speed control unit of the machining center has blown or the circuit breaker has tripped.

6. The large current causes the machine tool to alarm. Generally, there are two possibilities for the large current alarm, that is, the large current alarm caused by the damage and short circuit of the power drive element on the CNC speed control unit of the machining center.

7. High voltage can also cause machine tool alarms. There are generally three possibilities for high voltage alarms. It may be that the CNC input voltage of the machining center exceeds 10% of the rated value, or the insulation performance of the servo motor is reduced, or High voltage caused by the wiring of the speed control unit of the machining center.
