The precision of non-standard precision parts processing is a problem for the development and survival of enterprises. Processing companies attach great importance to the improvement of product precision. With the advancement of technology and technology, customers' precision requirements for products are also increasing. The products of enterprises must keep up with the needs of customers, and enterprises must start with hardware and software to improve the competitiveness of their own products. Enterprises must continue to invest funds from corporate profits to update, introduce higher-end production equipment and testing equipment, a good product manufacturing must have advanced processing equipment to produce, this is no doubt. Furthermore, companies must train senior technical personnel, and master the control of advanced equipment to ensure product quality. This is the soft power of the company.

General processing requirements for machining of non-standard precision parts

1. Contour processing of parts:

 1. The unmarked shape tolerance should meet the requirements of GB1184-80. 2. The allowable deviation of unmarked length dimension is ±0.5mm. 3. No fillet radius R5. 4. All unfilled chamfers are C2. 5. The sharp angle is obtuse. 6. The sharp edges are dull and burrs and flashes are removed.

2. Surface treatment of parts:

1. There should be no scratches, abrasions and other defects that damage the surface of the parts.

2. The surface of the processed thread is not allowed to have defects such as black skin, bumps, random buttons and burrs. Before painting the surface of all steel parts that need to be painted, rust, oxide scale, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt must be removed.

3. Before rust removal, use organic solvent, lye, emulsifier, steam, etc. to remove grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.

4. The time interval between the surface to be coated by shot blasting or manual derusting and the primer coating should not be more than 6h.

5. The surfaces of the riveting parts in contact with each other must be painted with a thickness of 30-40μm anti-rust paint before connecting. The lap edges should be sealed with paint, putty or adhesive. The primer damaged by processing or welding must be repainted.

How to deal with errors in the processing and production of non-standard parts?

Some original errors in the processing methods of CNC non-standard precision parts can be compensated by error compensation to control their impact on the machining errors of mechanical parts. Sometimes a new kind of original error is created artificially to compensate or offset the original error inherent in the original process system, so as to reduce processing errors and improve machining accuracy. Use the original original error to partially or completely offset the original original error or another original error. In order to improve the machining accuracy of a batch of mechanical parts, methods can be used to differentiate some of the original errors. For parts with high machining accuracy requirements, the method of gradually homogenizing the original error can also be adopted in the continuous trial cutting process.
