Formed and welded steel base
Testrite mechanically forms the steel base and electric welds the steel studs and steel U-channel/steel C-channel to the steel base. Formed steel base for increased strength and unique design options. Double 3/8" thick bases are possible, as are two-ply bases and other uniquely shaped steel bases.
