Expert in cutting titanium tubes

If it's the right material for your specific casing application, you can be sure that metal cutting knows how to cut titanium. In fact, we can cut, process or finish any type and grade of titanium tubes you may need.

We typically cut, grind, lap and polish tubing as short as 0.006 in. (0.152 mm) in length, with thin wall thickness and ID as small as 0.001 in. (0.025 mm) for any metal, including titanium. (We want to say that if the diameter can be drawn, we can use it.

We can also precisely cut the coated tube without damaging the coating, while maintaining concentricity and clean ID. In addition to titanium cutting, we can also customize pipes using Angle cutting, grooves, points and holes.
