Vacuum sealing and cutting of stainless steel tubes is an emerging application technology in the field of powder metallurgy production, especially in the field of non-ferrous metal powder production. This experiment is to study the production of porous materials for rare metal powders. Due to the physical properties of the rare metals studied, most of the high-temperature treatment processes require vacuum. The rare metal powder is placed in a stainless steel container and a vacuum port is reserved. The vacuum port is a 4102 stainless steel tube, and the container is evacuated by the high vacuum unit through the straight vacuum port. When the vacuum degree in the container reaches the requirement, the vacuum well is cut by the vacuum opening of the sealing and cutting equipment, so that the stainless steel container filled with rare metal powder is separated from the high vacuum unit and kept in a straight air state, and then the next sintering process can be entered. In order to expand the application of vacuum pipe sealing and cutting technology in powder metallurgy and other fields, this article explores the process of vacuum sealing and cutting technology for stainless steel pipes, mainly modulating the main factors that affect the effect of stainless steel pipe sealing and cutting, and transforms it into industrial applications.

1.1.3 The experimental device for obtaining vacuum adopts a combination of diffusion pump and mechanical pump, so that the vacuum container can obtain a higher high vacuum. The main structure (see Figure 1 for the schematic diagram of the experimental device for obtaining vacuum) uses the TK-30 diffusion pump as the main pump, and the 2X-30 mechanical pump as the front stage. The mechanical pump port is equipped with a DDC-JQ65 electromagnetic vacuum belt inflation valve, which automatically closes when the power is off, so that the system maintains a vacuum state, and the mechanical pump is vented to prevent oil return. A G-80 manual high-altitude butterfly inter-working diffusion pump fore valve is installed on the low vacuum pipeline, and a GD-180 manual high vacuum baffle valve is used as a pre-pump valve. The LB-300 type Freon baffle is installed above the TK-300 diffusion pump to reduce the pollution of oil vapor to the vacuum system, and the CD is installed above the Freon baffle

The 5300 manual high vacuum flapper valve is used as the high valve of the system. An instrument rack is also equipped with an electric control box and a ZDF-Ⅲ composite vacuum gauge.

12 Stainless steel tube vacuum sealing and cutting device This device is specially developed on the basis of manual sealing and cutting. The power of the sealing and cutting device is provided by a hydraulic station. It is mainly composed of oil cylinder, movable blade, fixed blade, adjusting screw, adjusting handle and handle. The stainless steel tube is between the movable knife edge and the fixed knife edge when working.
